#BetterSleep-Coaching

More and better sleep. For many of us this is the most important development area when it comes to our well-being, performance and health despite a busy lifestyle. Studies indicate over 40% of people in Germany suffer from chronic sleep deprivation. This means they are either living on ‘junk-sleep’ or do not get enough hours of sleep, i.e. on average less than ~6.5 h per night. This has disastrous consequences for their daily performance and their short and long term health.  

#Better-Sleep-Coaching is for corporate and private clients who want to learn how to improve sleep habits in order to get more, better and deeper sleep. In just 3 sessions, we are assessing your individual sleep issues and develop and implement a set of customized changes impacting your sleep quantity and quality.
